The Library is the learning hub of the College. A comprehensive collection enhances the curriculum with resources to support learning and recreational reading for students and staff. This state of the art learning area provides spaces for groups and individuals to meet and work. Staff are on hand to guide learning with technology.
Years 7, 8 & 9 are involved in Literature Circle classes where deeper understanding of text comes through discussion and reflection. Participation in the New South Wales Premier's Reading Challenge is encouraged for all students in year 7-9. The Library is also the venue for Enrichment classes and study groups.
Students are encouraged to borrow as often as they wish. New books and high interest books are on display for easy access.
The library is open to students before school from 8am, at recess, lunch and after school each day until 4:00 pm
